 1 kg pike fillet
 2 red bell peppers
 500 g boiled and peeled potatoes
 1 bunch dill
 1 minced white onion
 2 cloves minced garlic
 salt & pepper to taste
 a little bit of fresh thyme (or dry)
 1 or 2 eggs

Pass the fish through a food processor and mix with the diced potatoes and peppers, finely chopped onion, garlic and dill, egg and other spices.

Mix well and then form meatballs with wet hands. Fry in hot oil on both sides and remove on absorbent paper.

Serve hot but they are equally good cold with a salad on the side. You can use any kind of fish fillet, if you don't have pike fillets on hand.
