For the cake layers (3 layers):

 9 eggs (separated)
 9 tbsp sugar
 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
 15 tbsp ground walnuts
 1 tbsp baking soda, quenched with hot milk
 A pinch of salt

For the cream filling:

 9 egg yolks
 250 g powdered sugar
 250 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
 3 packets of vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Cake Layers

โ€ข Gradually add 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 5 tablespoons ground walnuts, and the baking soda quenched with hot milk.

โ€ข Bake each layer separately on the back of a baking tray, at medium heat, until lightly golden.

Cream Filling
