Tzatziki sauce

It brings a "I don't know what" to the plate, warms your soul and delights your taste buds.

The sauce we all know from Greece and makes us dream of vacation. For the Tzatziki sauce you need:

 fresh cucumber
 Greek yogurt
 Melted butter
 salt
 garlic

Obviously, you can make this sauce without garlic, but it would be like a wedding without the bells.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the melted butter until smooth. In addition to the butter, add a little vinegar or lemon juice and the crushed garlic, then the grated cucumber and coarse sea salt.

Mix, add the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a little dried oregano.
