Spice Pork Belly Pasta

 Boiled pasta for 1 portion
 100 g Pork belly
 2 Green chilli peppers (or mix colours)
 1 clove minced garlic
 salt and white peper to taste
 1 tsp Sichuan Chilli oil ( see recipe )
 1 tsp soy sauce
 3 cubes of butter (15 g)

Cut the green chili pepper or peppers of different colors into julienne strips.

Prepare the pork belly like this: first cut it into cubes. In a preheated pan, place the pork pieces on each side to cook, giving them that wonderful grill crust. After this process, let the pieces of meat rest for about 5 minutes. Cut the pieces into slices and add a very little cooking wine if you have it on hand.

In a heated pan, add the butter with a little oil, so the butter doesn't burn. Add the pork belly, chili, garlic and pasta. Using the Styr-Fry method for 5 minutes, during this time add the soy sauce, salt and white pepper and Sichuan chilli oil.

Place the pasta on a plate and add the rest of the toppings on top. You can add sesame oil on top or sprinkle sesame seeds.
